摘　　要：目的探讨舞动治疗对精神分裂症住院患者锥体外系不良反应、安全感及自我接纳感的影响,旨在为提高精神分裂症住院患者身心健康水平提供参考。方法以2019年3月至2020年3月收治于上海市闵行区精神卫生中心的80例慢性精神分裂症住院患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组给予24周常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上实施舞动治疗。分别于干预前、干预12周及干预24周时,采用锥体外系不良反应量表、安全感问卷及自我接纳问卷对患者进行评估,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者锥体外系不良反应得分在组间、组间×时间上均存在统计学意义(P<0.05),在时间上不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者安全感问卷的人际安全感与确定控制感维度、自我接纳问卷的自我接纳感与自我评价维度得分在组间、时间、组间×时间上均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舞动治疗对改善慢性精神分裂症住院患者的椎体外系不良作用、增加其自我接纳、改善其人际安全感与控制感有积极效果,有利于促进患者身心健康。Objective To explore the effect of dance therapy on extrapyramidal side effects,sense of security and sense of self⁃acceptance among inpatients with schizophrenia,so as to provide reference for improving the physical and mental health level of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,a total of 80 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia in Shanghai Minhang District Mental Health Center were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was given routine drug therapy for 24 weeks,while the observation group was given dance therapy on this basis.The patients were evaluated using the Rating Scale for Extrapyramidal Side Effects,Security Questionnaire and Self⁃acceptance Questionnaire before intervention,after 12 weeks of intervention and after 24 weeks of intervention respectively,so as to compare the intervention effects between the two groups.Results After intervention,there was statistical significance(P<0.05)in the scores of the Rating Scale for Extrapyramidal Side Effects between the two groups of patients in terms of inter group and inter group*time,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in terms of time;The scores of sense of interpersonal security and certainty in control dimensions of the two groups of patients'Security Questionnaire,as well as sense of self⁃acceptance and self⁃evaluation dimensions in the Self-acceptance Questionnaire,showed statistical significance in terms of inter group,time,and inter group*time(P<0.05).Conclusion Dance therapy has a positive effect on relieving extrapyramidal side effects of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia,enhancing their self⁃acceptance and improving their sense of interpersonal security and certainty in control,so it is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients.
