摘 要:目的调查手术室护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感现状并分析其影响因素,为提升护士压力性损伤管理自我效能水平、实施针对性干预提供参考。方法2022年6-8月,采用便利抽样法选取广西、四川、贵州、云南、新疆、重庆等地12所三级甲等医院的469名手术室护士作为研究对象。采用关怀行为量表、变革型领导量表、护理临床决策量表和护士压力性损伤管理自我效能感量表对其进行调查。结果469名被调查手术室护士的压力性损伤管理自我效能得分为(28.71±6.32)分。护士的工作年限,其关怀行为、感知的护士长变革型领导行为程度及护理临床决策评分均对其压力性损伤管理自我效能有影响(P<0.05),累计可解释总变异的39.8%。结论手术室护士压力性损伤管理自我效能处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者可通过实施变革型领导、建立良好的护理临床决策氛围等有效措施帮助护士提高压力性损伤管理自我效能。Objective To investigate the status quo of self⁃efficacy in pressure ulcer management and analyze its influencing factors among theatre nurses,so as to provide a reference for improving nurses'self⁃efficacy in pressure ulcer management and implementing targeted interventions.Methods From June to August 2022,a total of 469 theatre nurses were selected from 12 GradeⅢ⁃A hospitals in Guangxi,Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan,Xinjiang and Chongqing.The nurses were investigated with the Caring Behaviors Inventory,Transformational Leadership Questionnaire,Clinical Decision⁃Making in Nursing Scale and Pressure Ulcer Management Self⁃Efficacy Scale for Nurses.Results The score of self⁃efficacy in pressure ulcer management was(28.71±6.32)points for the 469 theatre nurses.Years of working,caring behaviors,the perceived degree of head nurses'transformational leadership and the score of clinical decision⁃making in nursing were influencing factors of nurses'self⁃efficacy in pressure ulcer management(P<0.05),which can explain 39.8%of the total variation.Conclusion Theatre nurses'self⁃efficacy in pressure ulcer management is above average.Nursing administrators can help nurses improve their self⁃efficacy in pressure ulcer management by implementing transformational leadership and creating a sound atmosphere for clinical decision⁃making in nursing.
