环保企业绿色债券融资的财务效应及生态效应分析——以清新环境为例

摘　　要：在绿色发展理念的指导下,为促进绿色产业的转型升级,我国陆续出台相关绿色金融政策以鼓励绿色债券市场的发展。通过对环保龙头企业清新环境公司发行绿色债券的研究,分别从外部因素和内部因素分析该公司发行绿色债券的动因,主要有顺应国家政策导向和扩宽企业融资渠道,重点针对企业发债后产生的财务效应和生态效应进行研究,为环保企业发行绿色债券提供参考。Under the guidance of the concept of green development,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of green industries,China has successively introduced relevant green finance policies to encourage the development of the green bond market.Through the research on the issuance of green bonds by the leading environmental protection enterprise,Beijing Spc Environment Protection Tec Co.,Ltd.,the main reasons for the company's issuance of green bonds are analyzed from external and internal factors.The main reasons are to comply with national policy guidance and expand corporate financing channels,with a focus on studying the financial and ecological effects generated by the enterprises'issuance of bonds.The paper provides some references for environmental protection enterprises to issue green bonds.
