流化桨叶技术研发及其在苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物干燥中的应用

摘  要:针对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物生产装置后干燥工序,基于对传统桨叶干燥机运行数据与现有干燥技术性能参数进行的对比,结合双螺杆桨叶干燥机和流化床技术优点进行了流化桨叶干燥技术的研发。流化桨叶干燥技术基于对流换热和传导换热原理进行干燥,采用空心轴和空心桨叶构成的干燥机主轴增大换热面积,采用蛇形孔气流分布板结构强化物料流化状态,采用部分载气循环技术提高热利用率,通过在原工艺流程中增加除尘装置实现减量排放。流化桨叶干燥机投用后运行稳定,能够满足产能要求及环保要求。Based on the comparison of operation data of the traditional paddle dryer and the performance parameters of the existing drying technology,combined with the advantages of the twin-screw paddle dryer technical and the fluidized bed technology,the fluidized paddle drying technology was proposed for styrene-butadiene-styrene post-drying process.For the fluidized paddle dryer,convection heat transfer drying and conduction heat transfer drying were combined as the technical core,a main shaft composed of hollow shaft and hollow paddle was applied to increase the heat exchange area,an air distribution plate with serpentine shaped openings was applied to promote the fluidization state of the material,a partial carrying-gas circulating technology was applied to enhance heat utilization rate,a powder removing device was added to the origin technical process to reduce emission.The modified fluidized paddle dryer runs stably since its commissioning and is able to meet capacity requirements and environmental requirements.
