摘  要:1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是生产可降解塑料的化工原料,乙炔是炔醛法生产BDO的主要原料。介绍了乙炔的物理化学特性,论述了BDO装置乙炔管道设计中压力分级、风险分区、壁厚计算、输送温度、材料选择等关键安全因素的计算依据及工况考虑,提出了影响乙炔管道安全的设计方法,可为新建或改扩建BDO工业装置乙炔管道的安全设计提供借鉴。1,4-butanediol(BDO)is a chemical raw material for the production of degradable plastics,while acetylene is an important raw material for the preparation of BDO by the Reppe method.The physical and chemical properties of acetylene were introduced,and the calculation basis and working conditions of key safety factors such as pressure classification,risk zoning,wall thickness calculation,transportation temperature,and material selection in the design of acetylene pipelines in the BDO plant were discussed,and the design methods affecting the safety of acetylene piping was put forward,and it provided a reference for the safety design of acetylene piping in new or reconstructed BDO plant.
