摘  要:为探索打破鹰嘴紫云英种子硬实、促进种子萌发的方法,本研究以鹰嘴紫云英甘绿2号为试验材料,采用恒温水浴、物理破除种皮和浓硫酸浸泡等3种种子处理方法,测定鹰嘴紫云英种子的发芽率、发芽势、根长和苗长等各项萌发指标和生长指标。结果表明,3种处理方法对鹰嘴紫云英种子的萌发均有促进作用,综合各萌发指标和幼苗生长指标,表现为划破种皮处理12 h>浓硫酸处理15 min>热水浴处理1 min,但划破种皮较为繁琐耗时,不适用于大型农业生产。综合考虑,以浓硫酸浸泡15 min为最优处理方式。In order to explore the methods to break the hard seeds and promote seed germination,this study took Astragalus cicer'Ganlv No.2'as the experimental material,and used three seed treatment methods,namely,constant temperature water bath,physical removal of seed coat and concentrated sulfuric acid immersion,to determine the germination rate,germination potential,root length and seedling length of the seeds and growth indicators.The results showed that the three treatment methods all promoted the germination of the seeds of Astragalus cicer.According to the germination indexes and seedling growth indexes,the seed coat was cut for 12 h>concentrated sulfuric acid treatment for 15 min>hot water bath treatment for 1 min.However,the seed coat cut was cumbersome and time-consuming,and was not suitable for large-scale agricultural production.Considering comprehensively,the best treatment method was concentrated sulfuric acid soaking for 15 min.
