摘  要:八月瓜籽油富含不饱和脂肪酸,其营养保健价值具有良好的开发潜力。本试验以八月瓜籽为原料,采用超声辅助法,研究料液比,超声处理时间及温度对八月瓜籽出油率的影响。结果表明,八月瓜籽出油率在料液比为1∶10(g/mL),超声温度50℃,超声时间40 min的条件下最佳,出油率为32.98%。Akebia trifoliate Seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids,and its nutritional and health value has good development potential.This experiment used Akebia trifoliate Seed as materials and took ultrasonic assisted method to study the oil yield of Akebia trifoliate Seed.The results showed that under the optimal conditions of a material liquid ratio of 1∶10(g/mL),ultrasonic temperature of 50℃,and ultrasonic time of 40 minutes,the oil yield of Akebia trifoliate Seed was 32.98%.
