摘　　要：如何运用数字技术赋能精准免疫,形成数智化免疫力,是常态化危机背景下企业健康管理研究的重点。运用深度数字化、智能化技术能够有效穿透企业免疫应答环节的所有场景,提升企业免疫监视、防御和自稳系统的精准性,从而促进企业健康发展。科学精准地提升企业免疫效能,实现企业免疫的数字化跃升,应构建数字免疫系统,打造企业数智免疫力。然而,在企业免疫向企业数智免疫变革性跃迁的过程中,免疫系统面临着诸如内外部异己监测难度高、数字漏洞多、免疫内生安全挑战大等现实挑战。为此,企业应积极构建数字孪生体、注射代码疫苗、实施“智能”细胞疗法、执行云中安全测试、全面评估企业免疫健康状态、打造数智群体免疫力,以提高企业数智免疫系统的安全性和稳定性,增强对内外部风险与危机的精准防控与应对。How to empower precision immunity with digital technology and form a digitalized immunity capacity is the focus of enterprise health management research in the context of normal crisis.Utilizing deep digitalization and intelligent technology can effectively penetrate all scenarios of enterprise immune response,enhance the accuracy of enterprise immune surveillance,defense,and self-stabilization systems,and thus promote the healthy development of enterprises.In order to scientifically and accurately enhance the effectiveness of enterprise immunity and realize the digital leap of enterprise immunity,a digital immune system should be established to build a digitalized immune capacity for the enterprise.However,during the transformative leap from enterprise immunity to digitalized enterprise immunity,the immune system faces practical challenges such as high difficulty in monitoring internal and external aliens,multiple digital vulnerabilities,and great security challenges in immunity.Therefore,enterprises should actively construct digital twins,inject code vaccines,implement"smart"cell therapy,perform cloud security testing,comprehensively assess the health status of enterprise immunity,build a digitalized group immunity,and improve the safety and stability of the digitalized immune system of enterprises to enhance the precision prevention and response to internal and external risks and crises.
