摘 要:近年来,全装修房在房地产市场的比重越来越大,随之而来的全装修投诉日渐增多。为规范全装修住宅工程建设管理,提升全装修住宅工程质量,镇江市住房和城乡建设局、发展和改革委员会、市场监督管理局联合发布了全装修房管理办法,管理办法首创了“三个样板”引路制度,强调了原材料控制、施工控制和成品质量控制。论文首先阐述说明了全装修住宅项目“三个样板”监管政策,其次分类表述监管过程中发现的问题,最后提出合理建议并展望“三个样板”监管工作。In recent years,the proportion of fully decorated house in the real estate market is increasing,the following complaints of fully decorated projects are increasing day by day.In order to standardize the construction management of fully decorated residential projects and improve the quality of fully decorated residential projects,Zhenjiang housing and urban rural development bureau,development and reform commission and market supervision administration jointly issued the management measures of fully decorated houses,which pioneered the“three prototype rooms”guiding system,emphasizing the control of materials,construction control and finished product quality control.Firstly,it describes the regulatory policy of“three prototype rooms”for fully decorated residential projects,and then classifies the problems found in the regulatory process,and finally puts forward reasonable suggestions and prospects for the regulatory work of“three prototype rooms”.
