除尘器框架结构检测与抗震鉴定实例分析

摘　　要：对某工厂的除尘器框架结构进行改造之前的检测和抗震鉴定,分别对构件混凝土强度、钢材强度、钢结构涂层厚度、外观质量、钢结构倾斜值进行了检测,并对结构进行了抗震鉴定。结果表明:混凝土抗压强度可达到C30混凝土强度等级、钢材可按Q235牌号使用、钢结构构件表面涂层大面积脱落且钢材部分锈蚀、钢框架柱最大倾斜值满足规范要求,该结构抗震措施设置和钢结构框架的支撑构件长细比不满足相关标准。建议加固改造后使用或拆除。Now,the dust collector frame structure of a factory is tested and seismic appraisal before transformation.The component concrete strength,steel strength,steel structure coating thickness,appearance quality and steel structure inclination value are tested respectively,and the seismic appraisal of the structure is carried out.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete can reach the strength grade of C30 concrete,the steel can be used according to the grade of Q235,the surface coating of steel structural members falls off in a large area,some steel is rusted,and the maximum inclination value of steel frame column meets the specification requirements.The setting of seismic measures of the structure and the slenderness ratio of supporting members of steel structural frame do not meet the relevant standards.It is recommended to use or remove after reinforcement and reconstruction.
