摘 要:随着我国确立“双碳”目标,清洁能源蓬勃发展。抽水蓄能电站是目前最具规模、技术最成熟且经济的储能技术,在对新能源的消纳、构建“风光水火储”一体化新型电力系统、维持电网安全稳定运行方面有不可替代的作用。笔者系统地分析了抽水蓄能电站的特点及发展优势,旨在为抽水蓄能的投资和建设提供一定的借鉴。经过分析可知,抽水蓄能符合我国新时期能源发展的新需求,在政策、生态环境效应及技术成熟度方面都有着很大的优势,未来20年间,将迎来全面高质量发展的新时期。With the establishment of the"dual carbon"goal in China,clean energy is booming.Pumped storage power station is currently the largest,most mature and economical storage technology,which plays an irreplaceable role in the absorption of renewable energy,the construction of a new power system integrating"wind,solar,water,thermal and storage",and the maintenance of safe and stable operation of the power grid.This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and development advantages of pumped storage power stations,aiming to provide some reference for the investment and construction of pumped storage.After analysis,it can be seen that pumped storage meets the new needs of Chinese energy development in the new era,and has great advantages in policy,ecological environment effect and technological maturity,and will usher in a new period of comprehensive and high-quality development in the next 20 years.
