摘  要:随着发电厂上网电价市场化改造的深化,及时获取各发电厂实时电量信息及核算电量完成情况成为电力实时调度工作的重中之重。电能量数据采集涉及电表至电站采集终端装置再至集控主站电能量采集系统等诸多环节。笔者分析了国能大渡河流域生产指挥中心电能量采集系统建设及运行中存在的问题,提出了功能优化设计方案并予以实施。With the deepening of the market-oriented reform of the on-grid electricity price of power plants,timely access to real-time electricity information of each power plant and the completion of electricity accounting have become the top priority of real-time power dispatching.Electric energy data acquisition involves many links,such as electric meter to power station acquisition terminal device and then to electric energy acquisition system of the centralized control main station.This paper analyzes the problems in the construction and operation of the electric energy acquisition system of CNN Energy Dadu River Basin Production Command Center,and puts forward the function optimization design scheme and implements it.
