摘 要:【目的】探明内循环烤房对烟叶形态变化及烤后质量的影响,为内循环烤房的生产应用提供理论依据。【方法】以开放式排湿烤房(热泵烤房和燃煤烤房)为对照,研究内循环烤房烘烤过程中烟叶的形态变化及烤后质量。【结果】内循环烤房冷凝水排出速率,以42℃时最高和36℃时最低,分别为31.17 kg/h和7.5 kg/h,烘烤过程中的变黄期(36-40℃)、定色期(42-54℃)和干筋期(60℃)分别为19.1 kg/h、31.17 kg/h和11.9 kg/h。48℃末中部烟叶、54℃末中部和上部烟叶的纵向收缩率分别为9.46%、10.77%和10.58%,均大于相同温度点的热泵烤房和燃煤烤房;48℃末中部烟叶的横向收缩率为31.54%,大于相同温度点的热泵烤房和燃煤烤房;48℃末中部烟叶的横向卷曲度为57.28%,大于相同温度点的热泵烤房和燃煤烤房。内循环烤房烘烤烟叶的均价较热泵烤房提高4.22%,上等烟比例提高5.26%,中等烟和下等烟比例分别下降3.91%和2.15%;干烟耗电量减少0.1(kW·h)/kg。【结论】内循环烤房烘烤烟叶的综合效果优于开放式排湿烤房。【Objective】The influence of internal circulation curing barn on the morphological changes of tobacco leaves and the quality of cured tobacco leaves were explored to provide the theoretical basis for the production and application of internal circulation curing barn.【Method】Taking open dehumidification curing barn(heat pump curing barn and coal-fired curing barn)as CK,the morphological changes of tobacco leaves during curing process in internal circulation curing barn and the quality differences of cured tobacco leaves were studied.【Result】The discharge rate of condensed water in internal circulation curing barn was the highest at 42℃and the lowest at 36℃,which were 31.17 kg/h and 7.5 kg/h respectively.The yellowing period(36-40℃),color fixing period(42-54℃)and stem-drying period(60℃)during curing process were 19.1 kg/h,31.17 kg/h and 11.9 kg/h respectively.The longitudinal shrinkage rates of middle tobacco leaves at the end of 48℃,middle and upper tobacco leaves at the end of 54℃were 9.46%,10.77%and 10.58%,respectively,which were higher than those of heat pump curing barn and coal-fired curing barn at the same temperature;The transverse shrinkage rate of middle tobacco leaves at the end of 48℃was 31.54%,which was higher than that of heat pump curing barn and coal-fired curing barn at the same temperature.The transverse rolling degree of middle tobacco leaves at the end of 48℃was 57.28%,which was higher than that of heat pump curing barn and coal-fired curing barn at the same temperature.Compared with heat pump curing barn,the average price of flue-cured tobacco leaves cured in internal circulation curing barn increased by 4.22%,and the proportion of upper-class tobacco increased by 5.26%,while the proportion of middle-class tobacco and inferior-class tobacco decreased by 3.91%and 2.15%respectively;The power consumption of drying tobacco leaves decreased by 0.1(kW·h)/kg.【Conclusion】The comprehensive effect of tobacco leaves cured in internal circulation curing barn was better tha
