摘 要:使用相互作用积分法讨论了不同的裂纹初始角度对球形压力容器裂纹尖端的应力强度因子与J积分的影响。结果表明:在同一裂纹初始角度β下,Ⅰ型应力强度因子K_(Ⅰ)、Ⅱ型应力强度因子K_(Ⅱ)随着裂纹尺寸比2a/h的增大而增大;在不同的β下,K_(Ⅰ)、K_(Ⅱ)随着2a/h的变化趋势相同;当β增大时,K_(Ⅰ)增大,K_(Ⅱ)先增大后减小,J积分、等效应力强度因子K_(e)随之增大,且K_(Ⅰ)在K_(e)的变化规律中起决定作用。The interaction integral method is used to discuss the influence of different initial angles of cracks on the stress intensity factor at the crack tip of a spherical pressure vessel and J integral.The results show that under the same initial angle β, the typeⅠstress intensity factor K_(Ⅰ),and the typeⅡstress intensity factor K_(Ⅱ)increases with the crack size ratio 2a/h;Under different β conditions,K_(Ⅰ),K_(Ⅱ) increases with the 2a/h that trend of change is the same.When the initial angle β increases,the K_(Ⅰ)increases,and the K_(Ⅱ) firstly increases and then decreases,the J integral and the equivalent stress intensity factor K_(e) increases accordingly,and K_(Ⅰ) plays a decisive role in the variation pattern of K_(e).
