摘  要:为解决现有个人保安线存在的操作复杂、易脱落、连接稳定性差、使用不便、易损坏输电线路等问题,通过计算输电线路接地等效电阻和建立受力分析模型,调节易拆式导线夹头结构,并增加防护部件,最终研制出输电线路新型简式个人保安线。实验结果表明:应用新型简式个人保安线后,线路所需承受的电场强度低于14 MV/m,且分布较为均匀;夹头夹持力为10.4 N,可以满足输电线路检修需求。The personal security lines in use have problems such as complex operation,easy to fall off,poor connection stability,inconvenient use,and easy to damage the transmission lines.Therefore,new simple personal security lines of transmission lines are developed.The grounding equivalent resistance of the transmission line is calculated,and the personal security line is optimized;The easy removable wire clamp force analysis model is established,and the constraints on the rear end of the clip is imposed,and the automatic grid is selected,and the easy removable wire clamp structure is regulated;The anti-bending spring protection pipe and positioning pin are added,and the active area of the transmission lever and lock lever are limited,the angle between the grounding clip transmission line hook is adjusted,and the development of the new simple personal security line of the transmission line is completed.The experimental results show that after the application of the new simple personal security line,the electric field strength of the line is less than 14 MV/m,and is evenly distributed,and the clamp force is 10.4 N,which can meet the maintenance needs of the transmission line.
