摘 要:当前冶金机械设备齿轮传动装置运行特征动态变化较大,导致故障辨识难度增加,为此研究一种新型冶金机械设备齿轮传动装置故障自动辨识方法。首先应用齿轮传动动力学原理,构建冶金机械设备齿轮传动装置模型。然后通过齿轮传动装置啮合频率以及采集到的原始信号,分析齿轮动态运行特征。最后根据齿轮传动装置故障啮合特征与信号特征,完成冶金机械设备齿轮传动装置故障自动辨识。实验结果表明:该方法可进一步提升振动信号采集与分析质量,降低故障辨识结果定位误差。The current dynamic changes in the operating characteristics of gear transmission devices in metallurgical machinery equipment have increased the difficulty of fault identification.Therefore,a new automatic fault identification method for gear transmission devices in metallurgical machinery equipment is studied.It applies the principles of gear transmission dynamics to construct a model of the gear transmission device for metallurgical machinery equipment,analyzes the dynamic operating characteristics of the gear through the meshing frequency of the gear transmission device and the collected raw signals.Then,based on the meshing characteristics and signal characteristics of gear transmission device faults,automatic identification of gear transmission device faults in metallurgical machinery equipment is completed.The experimental results indicate that the method can further improve the quality of vibration signal acquisition and analysis,and reduce the positioning error of fault identification results.
