摘  要:局部制冷装置是高温矿井热害治理的重要装备,在国内应用广泛,但在设备使用过程中,存在着操作流程复杂、运行故障率高、自动化程度低等问题。为解决上述问题,分析了局部制冷装置的组成、工作原理、安装位置和监控需求,构建了局部制冷装置控制系统框架,基于PLC设计了局部制冷装置控制系统。该系统能够实时监测局部制冷装置运行状态,能够针对局部制冷装置的故障进行及时的停机保护,可简化操作流程,提供集控启动和停机功能,提升局部制冷装置工作效率和热害治理效果,为煤矿热害治理装备自动智能化升级改造提供有益借鉴。The local refrigeration device is an important equipment for the treatment of thermal hazards in high-temperature mines,which is widely used in China.However,during the use of the equipment,there are problems such as complex operating procedures,high failure rates,and low automation.In order to solve the above problems,the composition,working principle,installation position and monitoring requirements of the local refrigeration device were analyzed,the control system framework of the local refrigeration device was constructed,and the control system of the local refrigeration device was designed based on PLC.The system can monitor the operation status of the local refrigeration device in real time,provide timely shutdown protection against the failure of the local refrigeration device,greatly simplify the operation process,and provide centralized control start and stop functions.Improving the efficiency of local refrigeration devices and the effectiveness of thermal hazard management provided useful reference for the automatic intelligent upgrading and transformation of coal mine thermal hazard management equipment.
