摘  要:合理设计冒口对保证采煤机部件质量具有重要意义。介绍了目前通用的传统冒口与基于数值模拟冒口的设计计算方法,在传统计算方法中介绍了模数法、补缩液量法与比例法。在数值模拟计算方法中介绍了基于CAD/CAE、Open Cascade以及Flow-3D三种方法。最后以摇臂壳体为例,对比分析了在设计采煤机铸钢件时不同计算方法的优缺点,并对冒口设计计算方法的发展趋势与研究方向进行了展望。Reasonable design of risers is of great significance in ensuring the quality of coal mining machine components.The commonly used traditional riser and numerical simulation based riser design and calculation methods was introduced,including modular method,feeding liquid method,and proportion method.Three methods based on CAD/CAE,Open Cascade,and Flow-3D were introduced in the numerical simulation calculation method.Finally,taking the rocker arm shell as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of different calculation methods in designing coal mining machine steel castings were compared and analyzed,and the development trend and research direction of riser design calculation methods were prospected.
