摘 要:针对目前单溜槽布料产生的力矩偏载,提出双溜槽布料消除力矩偏载的构想,为了使双溜槽布料有效地导出料流,把防止布料时堵料和减少运动物料飞溅作为前提,用EDEM软件对溜槽20°和40°倾角时两个极限工位布料进行了离散元模拟研究,通过模拟试算得到了不堵塞,少飞溅的分叉流道结构及关键尺寸。上述研究将为高炉双溜槽布料作业提供理论参考。Aiming at the moment eccentric load generated by the current single chute distribution,the idea of ?eliminating the torque eccentric load in the double chute distribution is proposed.In order to effectively export the material flow in the double chute distribution,the premise is to prevent the material from blocking during the distribution and reduce the splash of the moving material,using the EDEM software.A discrete element simulation study was carried out on the distribution of the two extreme stations when the inclination angle of the chute was 20°and 40°.The bifurcated channel structure and key dimensions with no blockage and less splash were obtained through the simulation trial calculation.The above research will provide a theoretical reference for the blast furnace double chute distribution operation.
