摘  要:为更好的解决400系不锈钢冷带退火酸洗机组设计难点、更好的确定工艺设计参数为类似生产线设计提供参考。本文通过分析不锈钢冷硬带表面残留特点以及高压冲洗实验清洗实验确定了清洗工艺参数。提出并制定了SUS430经罩式退火和非罩式退火后的冷退火工艺参数。根据400系钢种表面氧化铁皮的特点制定了酸洗工艺参数,提出了综合电阻、极板面积和电流密度之间的关系。结合生产实践制定了400系冷带退火酸洗后的平整工艺设计参数,解决了辊面划伤问题。从通板稳定性、带钢表面质量控制等方面,提出了入口活套跑偏、张力辊打滑导致辊面擦划伤等问题的解决思路。In order to better solve the design difficulties of 400 series stainless steel cold strip annealing and pickling line,and better determine the process design parameters,that provides a reference for the design of similar production lines.In this article the cleaning process parameters are determined by analyzing the residual characteristics of the surface of the stainless steel cold-hardened strip and the high-pressure washing experiment.The cold annealing process parameters of SUS430 after batch annealing and non-batch annealing are proposed and formulated.According to the characteristics of iron oxide scale on the surface of 400 series steel,the pickling process parameters are formulated,and the relationship between comprehensive resistance,plate area and current density is proposed.Based on the production practice,the design parameters of the skin pass mill process after annealing and pickling of the 400 series cold strip are formulated to solve the scratch problem of the roll surface.From the aspects of the stability of the trip running and the quality control of the strip steel surface,the solutions to the problems such as the deviation of the entrance looper and the scratch of the roll surface caused by the slipping of the tension roll are proposed.
