摘　　要：介绍了高炉无料钟炉顶装料设备的基本型式和基本工艺要求。从主体设备总方案和核心部件设计两个方面探讨了高炉无料钟炉顶装料设备主设备如何进行设计和选型。同时,介绍了高炉无料钟炉顶装料设备辅助系统技术和智能制造技术。本文为设计单位提出了详细的设计思路和方法,为钢铁公司和工程公司提供了设备选型的基本依据。This paper introduces the basic type and process requirements about bell-less top equipment of blast furnace(BF).This paper discusses how to design and select the main equipment of bell-less BF from the aspects of the main equipment scheme and the core components.At the same time,the assistant technology and intelligent manufacturing technology of bell-less top of BF are introduced.In this paper,the detailed design ideas and methods for the design units,for steel companies and engineering companies to provide the basic basis for the selection of equipment.
