摘  要:介绍了保护渣作为连铸的重要辅料的重要性,在分析研究保护渣基料要求、常用原料特性和磷渣特性的基础上,提出磷渣可直接作为成品保护渣组织生产,在满足连铸工艺要求的条件下,不仅可缩短工序还可降低成本,对开发非预熔型碳钢保护渣具有重要意义。The importance of protective slag as an important auxiliary material for continuous casting is introduced.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the base material,the characteristics of common raw materials and the characteristics of phosphorus slag,the paper puts forward that phosphorus slag can be directly used as the finished protective slag for production.Under the condition of meeting the requirements of continuous casting process,it can not only shorten the process but also reduce the cost,which is of great significance for the development of non-premolten carbon steel protective slag.
