摘  要:利用某钢厂2500m^(3)高炉提出液压开铁口机项目改造,分析了开铁口机存在问题并对其进行了改造。改造前设备存在设备运行稳定性差、凿岩机开口效率低、小车偏载等问题,改造后设备整体性能得到了大幅提高,有效解决了设备原有问题,达到预期效果。同时针对近些年炼铁高炉炉前工艺的新要求,增加了检测实时钻孔深度的智能辅助技术。This article combines the Blast furnace 2500m^(3) overhaul project of a steel plant,Analyzes the existing problems of the taphole drill and transforms it.before the transformation,there are some problems such as poor operation stability of the trolley.After the transformation,the overall performance of the equipment has been greatly improved,which effectively solves the original problems of the equipment and achieves the expected results.At the same time,according to the new requirements of the pre-furnace technology of ironmaking blast furnace in recent years,the intelligent auxiliary technology of detecting real-time drilling depth is added.
