摘　　要：液压泥炮打泥量检测装置通过在液压回路增加检测元件采集信号,经过PLC控制,触摸屏和现场显示大屏显示泥炮打泥量。具有精确检测泥炮的炮泥使用情况,直观显示每次堵口的打泥量,有效提高工作效率,减少炮泥的消耗。指导炉前操作者正确的操作泥炮,保证生产顺利进行,降低成本,提高高炉使用寿命。The mud amount detection device of hydraulic mud cannon collects signals by adding detection elements in het hydraulic circuit,controlled by PLC,the touch screen and 0n-site display screen display the amount of mud blasted by the mud cannon.The device can accurately detect the usage of the clay gun,visually display the amount of mud for each plugging,effectively improve the work efficiency and reduce the consumption of the clay.Guide the operators in front of the furnace to operate the clay gun correctly,ensure the smooth production,reduce the cost and improve the service life of the blast furnace.
