包钢3号高炉炉缸侵蚀特征分析

摘　　要：包钢3号高炉进行了炉缸整体浇注,达到了预期目标。大修期间通过炉缸破损调查及绘制侵蚀三维图发现:炉缸炭砖和浇注料保留都较为完好,整体上侵蚀较轻,但南北铁口下仍存在“象脚状”侵蚀;通过钻芯取样发现有害元素大量沉积与渗透。本次工作为研究浇注型炉缸再侵蚀特征提供了实际支撑,为高炉长寿技术提供借鉴意义。The hearth of Baotou Steel's No.3 blast furnace was cast integrally,and the expected goal was achieved.During the overhaul,through the investigation of hearth damage and the drawing of three-dimensional erosion map,it was found that the hearth carbon bricks and castables were well preserved,and the overall erosion was relatively light,but there was still " elephant foot shape" erosion under the north and south iron mouths;A large number of harmful elements were found to be deposited and infiltrated through core drilling and sampling.This work provides a practical support for the study of the re erosion characteristics of the casting hearth,and provides a reference for the long life technology of the blast furnace.
