摘　　要：随着我国高炉炉前生产对环保要求的不断提高,揭盖机也将成为中大型高炉不可或缺的设备;横移式揭盖机只能将主沟盖移动至铁沟边沿,再由人工将主沟盖移出风口平台,因为主沟盖重量较大,所以维护更换比较麻烦,因此,旋转式揭盖机将成为最好的选择;但旋转式揭盖机的机型也有多种,本文根据各种旋转式揭盖机的结构特点以及使用维护方面进行对比分析,为钢铁公司和工程公司提供了设备选型的基本依据。With the increasing environmental protection requirements of blast furnace cast house in China,the Cover Manipulator will also become an indispensable equipment for medium and large blast furnaces;The traverse cover manipulator can only move the main cover to the edge of the iron runner,and then be manually moved out from the tuyere platform.Since the main cover is heavy and difficult to maintain and replace,the rotary cover manipulator will become the best choice.There are many different types of rotary cover manipulator,and this article compares and analyzes the structural features and maintenance aspects of various rotary cover manipulator to provide a basic basis for equipment selection for steel and engineering companies.
