摘 要:滚筒式飞剪是连续生产线关键设备,为了降低加工和装配难度以及减少剪刃的应力,滚筒式飞剪的剪刃与滚筒轴线成一定角度布置在滚筒上,称为斜直剪刃。斜直剪刃的布置方式与螺旋线的布置方式相比,剪刃剪切带钢不再是直线。本文通过研究斜直剪刃剪切点距离螺旋线剪刃剪切点的距离,并建立数学表达式,该距离即为滚筒飞剪的剪切精度。通过实例分析剪切精度的变化规律,通过修改滚筒飞剪的安装角度,以提高剪切精度。Drum shear is the key equipment in a continuous rolling mill.In order to reduce the difficulty of processing and assembly and reduce the stress of the shear blade,the shear blade of the drum flying shear is arranged on the roller at a certain angle with the roller axis,which is called the oblique straight shear blade.CoMPared with the spiral arrangement,the oblique straight shear blade is no longer a straight line for cutting strip steel.This paper studies the distance between the cutting point of the oblique straight shear blade and the cutting point of the spiral shear blade.The mathematical expression for distance is established.This distance is the shearing accuracy of the drum flying shear.The variation law of shearing accuracy is analyzed through an example.The installation angle of the drum flying shear is modified to improve the cutting accuracy.
