摘　　要：布料器是无料钟炉顶系统的核心备件,其可靠稳定运行对高炉操冶,增加铁水产量、降低炼铁成本有着重要意义。本文通过对炉顶BCQ型布料器运行状况跟踪研究,分析存在问题原因,并对布料器溜槽托架及溜槽结构改型,提高了设备稳定性,为高炉精准布料创造了设备基础。The distributing device is the core spare part of the bell less furnace top system.The reliable and stable operation of the distributor is of great significance to the operation and smelting of the blast furnace,increasing the hot metal output and reducing the ironmaking cost.In this paper,through the tracking research on the operation status of the top BCQ distributor,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the structure of the distributor chute bracket is modified,which improves the stability of the equipment and creates the equipment foundation for the accurate distribution of blast furnace.
