摘　　要：介绍了一种在圆筒外圆面有矩形螺纹槽以及半圈非螺旋往复直段矩形槽组成的异型槽,并对此种异型槽的加工工艺性进行了分析,给出了在镗床加工的具体工艺方案,利用机床宏程序编制了异型槽加工程序。经过验证,此方法不仅完成了异型槽的加工,而且相对于传统加工减少了中间工序的周转,提高了效率。This paper introduces a special-shaped tank consisting of a rectangular thread on the outer surface of a cylinder and a half circle of non-spiral reciprocating straight segment.The Processing manufaturability of this kind of special-shaped tank is analyzed.The specific process scheme of machining in boring machine is given.The machining program of special-shaped tank is programmed by using machine tool macro-program,After verification,the process scheme not only complete the machining of water tank,but also reduce turnover for intermediate process and improve the efficiency compared with traditional processing.
