摘 要:近年来,随着国人生活水平的改善,高尿酸血症的患病风险也逐年攀升,国内患高尿酸血症率已经高达13.3%。此外,高尿酸血症还是引发心血管疾病、肾脏疾病以及高血压的独立危险因素,严重损害人们的身体健康。目前,国内临床上治疗高尿酸血症的药物虽然可以明显降低患者血清尿酸浓度,但是长期服用会产生不良反应,造成机体损伤。药食两用中药具有低毒性、低刺激性以及患者依从性高等特点,能够作为长期用药来调节机体尿酸水平,具有较高的开发价值。本文综述了近年来药食两用中药防治高尿酸血症的研究进展,为今后对高尿酸血症的防治提供新的研发思路以及理论依据。In recent years,with the improvement of the living standard of Chinese people,the risk of hyperuricemia has increased,and the rate of hyperuricemia in China has reached 13.3%.In addition,hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease,kidney disease and hypertension,which seriously damages people's health.Therapeutical drugs for hyperuricemia could significantly reduce the serum uric acid concentration of patients,however,long-term use of drugs could cause side effects and resulting in organ damage and other adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has low toxicity,low irritation,and high patient compliance.It can be used as a long-term medication to significantly regulate the body's uric acid level,which is wealthy of futher development.In this review,research progress of medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicine in hyperuricemia treatment was summarized to provide ideas and references for the drug development of hyperuricemia.
