小儿小切口椎间隙入路终丝离断术的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的总结82例小儿小切口椎间隙入路终丝离断术的围术期护理,提高护理质量。方法回顾性分析总结2022年4~11月小切口椎间隙入路终丝离断术82例围术期护理,包括给予患儿及家属心理支持、术前全面评估患者状况、健康知识宣教、完善术前准备等;术中密切配合,保证手术顺利成功进行,缩短手术时间;术后严密观察病情监测生命体征等、预防术后相关并发症,俯卧位舒适护理,减轻疼痛等。结果82例患儿均成功进行小切口椎间隙入路终丝离断术,术后恢复好,无术后并发症发生,康复出院。结论高质量的围术期护理能有效提高患者舒适度及安全性,预防不良并发症的发生率,促进患儿康复。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing care of 82 cases of children with small incision vertebral space approach terminalis dissection,and improve the quality of nursing care.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed to summarize the perioperative nursing care of 82 cases of children with small incision vertebral space approach terminalis dissection from April to November 2022,including psychological support for children and their families,comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition before surgery,health education,and perfect preoperative preparation.Close cooperation during the operation was performed to ensure smooth and successful operation and shorten the operation time.Close observation of the condition was performed after the surgery,monitoring vital signs,preventing postoperative complications in the postoperative period,providing comfortable care in the prone position and reducing pain.Results All 82 children were successfully received operation through a small incision in the intervertebral space,recovered well without postoperative complications and were discharged from the hospital.Conclusion High-quality perioperative care can effectively improve patient comfort and safety,prevent the incidence of adverse complications,and promote recovery in children.
