揿针疗法在恶性肿瘤化疗后气虚型便秘的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于“皮部与腧穴相结合”理论的揿针疗法干预恶性肿瘤化疗后气虚型便秘的疗效分析。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月本院肿瘤内科化疗后气虚型便秘患者60例,采用随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组按常规+西药(枸橼酸莫沙必利片)口服通便治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加基于“皮部与腧穴相结合”理论的揿针疗法辅助通便治疗。比较两组便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)、患者便秘程度及患者生活质量的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗前PAC-SYM评分和患者便秘程度比较,差异无统计学意(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者PAC-SYM评分和患者便秘程度较本组治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后患者生活质量问卷评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于“皮部与腧穴相结合”理论的揿针疗法干预恶性肿瘤化疗后气虚型便秘,取得显著的临床疗效,缓解了便秘症状,减轻了便秘程度,提高了化疗患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of pressing needle therapy based on the theory of"combination of skin and acupoints"in the treatment of constipation due to qi deficiency after chemotherapy for malignant tumors.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,60 patients with Qideficiency type constipation after chemotherapy in the department of oncology in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine plus western medicine(Mosapride citrate tablets)for oral catharsis.On the basis of the control group,the research group added press acupuncture therapy based on the theory of"combination of skin and acupoints"to assist defecation therapy.The changes of patients'symptom checklist(PAC-SYM),degree of constipation and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between PAC-SYM and the degree of constipation in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the PAC-SYM and the degree of constipation of patients in the two groups were improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality-of-life questionnaire score of patients after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The press acupuncture therapy based on the theory of"combination of skin and acupoints"can intervene the constipation of qi deficiency type after chemotherapy for malignant tumors,and has achieved significant clinical effect,relieved the symptoms of constipation,reduced the degree of constipation,and improved the quality of life of chemotherapy patients.
