摘  要:采用热分解-还原法制备镀镍ZrO_(2)增强相,粉末冶金法制备镀镍ZrO_(2)增强Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu复合钎料,研究了ZrO_(2)纳米颗粒表面金属化以及其对Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu复合钎料的微观结构、材料性能及钎焊接头的影响。结果表明:经机械预处理的ZrO_(2)粒径减小、团聚降低;采用热分解-还原法成功地制备出了镀镍ZrO_(2)增强相,Ni粒子以8~11 nm间距均匀附着于ZrO_(2)表面,ZrO_(2)(102)和Ni(101)界面呈半共格关系;添加适量镀镍ZrO_(2)对Ni/ZrO_(2)-Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu复合材料的电阻率影响不大,提高了润湿性和抗拉强度,在镀镍ZrO_(2)增强相添加质量分数为0.7%时Ni/ZrO_(2)-Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu复合钎料抗拉强度、钎焊接头抗剪切强度均达峰值,较基体材料提高了43.3%、45%。随着Ni-ZrO_(2)增强相的添加,复合钎料钎焊接头的断裂位置由界面IMC层向过渡区的近钎缝侧移动,断裂机制由韧-脆混合断裂逐渐转为韧窝为主的韧性断裂。Ni-plated ZrO_(2)reinforced alloy was prepared by thermal decomposition and reduction method,and Ni-plated ZrO_(2)reinforced Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu composite filler metal was prepared by powder metallurgy method.The surface metallization of ZrO_(2)nanoparticles and its effect on the microstructure,properties and brazing joints of Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu composite filler metal were studied.The results show that the particle size and agglomeration of ZrO_(2)decrease after mechanical pretreatment.The Ni-plated ZrO_(2)enhanced phase is successfully prepared by thermal decomposition and reduction method.The Ni particles are uniformly attached to the surface of ZrO_(2)with a spacing of 8-11 nm,and the interface between ZrO_(2)(102)and Ni(111)shows a semi-coherent relationship.Resistivity of Ni/ZrO_(2)-Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu composites is not significantly affected by adding a proper amount of nickel-plated ZrO_(2),but the wettability and tensile strength are improved.The tensile strength and shear strength of brazed joint of Ni/ZrO_(2)-Sn1.0Ag0.5Cu composite filler metal reach the peak when the adding amount of ZrO_(2)reinforcing phase is 0.7wt%,which are increased by 43.3%and 45%,respectively,compared with those of the matrix material.With the addition of Ni/ZrO_(2)reinforcing phase,the fracture position of the brazing joint of the composite filler metal moves from the interfacial IMC layer to the side near the brazing seam in the transition zone,and the fracture mechanism gradually changes from the mixed tough-brittle fracture to the ductile fracture dominated by dimple.
