摘  要:目的 掌握德州市家蝇对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为合理选择和使用杀虫剂提供科学指导。方法 采用点滴法。结果 2022年德州市家蝇野生品系试虫对高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、残杀威、马拉硫磷、吡虫啉的抗性倍数分别为27.29、24.68、6.22、4.92和2.65倍。结论 2022年德州市家蝇野外品系试虫对5种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性。在灭蝇工作中,要注重环境整治,科学使用杀虫剂。Objective e To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica to five insecticides in Dezhou,and to provide evidence for rational application of insecticides.Methods The topical application method was performed.Results M.domestica collected in Dezhou in 2022 showed 27.29,24.68,6.22,4.92 and 2.65 folds resistance to beta-cypermethrin,lambda-cyhalothrin,propoxur,malathion and imidacloprid,respectively.Conclusion The field-collected strains of M.domestica in Dezhou have developed different levels of resistance to the five insecticides tested.Environmental management and scientific application of insecticides should be emphasized in fly control.
