摘 要:目的 了解西安市未央区某大学城学校及其周边城镇、农村鼠类密度、种群结构、季节消长,为鼠类防治工作提供理论依据。方法 采用夹夜法。结果 2018—2022年共捕获鼠类88只,分别为小家鼠、褐家鼠、黑线姬鼠和黄胸鼠4种鼠类,小家鼠为优势种,占47.73%;平均鼠密度为0.72%。2022年鼠密度最高(1.11%),2020年鼠密度最低(0.52%)。鼠密度季节消长情况呈双峰分布。鼠密度以农村最高,城镇次之,学校最低。结论 初步掌握此区域鼠密度水平、季节消长及种群结构变化规律,为今后的鼠类防治工作提供参考。Objective To understand the changes of the density,population structure distribution,seasonal fluctuation of rodents in a university town in Weiyang District of Xi'an City and its surrounding towns and villages,and to provide theoretical basis for rodent control in the region.Methods The night trapping method was employed for monitoring rodents.Results A total of 88 rodents were captured from 2018 to 2022,identified as Mus musculus,Rattus norvegicus,Apodemus agrarius and Rattus tanezumi,among which Mus musculus was the dominant population accounting for 47.73%.The average density of rodents was 0.72%,highest as 1.11%in 2022,lowest as 0.52%in 2020.The rodent density seasonal fluctuation showed a bimodal distribution.The rodent densities varied with habitats,the highest in rural areas,the second in urban areas,and the lowest in schools.Conclusion The density,seasonal fluctuation and population structure of rodents were preliminarily understood,which could provide reference for rodents control in the future.
