摘 要:目的 了解西安市蜱虫种类分布,为防治工作提供依据。方法 本次调查共选择不同方位的16个采样点,游离蜱采用布旗法,寄生蜱采用体表检蜱法。结果 本次调查共发现蜱虫5属7种,包括长角血蜱、全沟硬蜱、血红扇头蜱、微小牛蜱、卵形硬蜱、森林革蜱、中华硬蜱,其中长角血蜱和全沟硬蜱为优势种。自然环境中游离蜱的平均密度为2.43只/100 m,其中山区、林地密度较高;寄生蜱的平均指数为5.85,山羊和犬的感染率较高。结论 通过本次调查,初步了解了西安市蜱虫种群的分布特征,为蜱虫防治提供参考。Objective e To learn the distribution of ticks in Xi'an City,and provide basis for the tick control.Methods In this survey,ticks were collected from 16 sampling sites.Questing ticks were collected by flagging,while the parasitic ticks by manual picking method from animals.Results 7 species ticks of 5 genera were found,including Haemaphysalis longicornis,Ixodes persulcatus,Rhipicephalus sanguineus,Boophilus microplus,Ixodes ovatus,Dermacentor silvarum,Ixodes sinensis.The mean density of questing ticks in natural environments was 2.43 insects per 100 m,with a wide distribution in mountain and woodland.The average index of parasitic ticks was 5.85,with higher infection rates in goats and canines.Conclusion The population distribution of ticks in Xi'an was preliminarily understood,providing reference for tick control.
