摘 要:目的 了解2020年辽宁省14个市的蝇类密度、种群构成和季节消长变化趋势,为蝇类防治工作提供参考依据。方法 2020年5—10月选择居民区、餐饮外环境、绿化带(公园)、露天农贸市场4类场所为监测点,采用笼诱法进行蝇类密度监测。结果 2020年辽宁省各监测点共布放诱蝇笼555笼次,捕获蝇类23 217只,全省蝇类密度为6.97只/(笼·h)。丝光绿蝇为优势蝇种,构成比为44.77%,其次为家蝇(16.84%)和厩腐蝇(14.22%)。不同生境中农贸市场蝇类密度最高,为11.12只/(笼·h);居民区最低,仅为3.69只/(笼·h)。全省各监测点营口市蝇类密度最高,为25.99只/(笼·h);密度最低的为丹东,仅为0.35只/(笼·h)。全年蝇类密度7月达到高峰,密度为11.56只/(笼·h)。结论 辽宁省农贸市场蝇类危害较严重,应采取综合防治措施,降低蝇类密度。Objective To understand the density,species composition and seasonal fluctuation trend of flies in 14 cities of Liaoning Province in 2020,and to provide reference for the control of flies.Methods From May to October of 2020,four kinds of places including residential areas,restaurants,greenbelts and farmers markets were selected as surveillance sites.The cage trapping methods were used for the surveillance.Results In 2020,555 fly traps were placed at various surveillance sites in Liaoning Province,23217 flies were captured,and the density of flies was 6.97 flies/(cage·h).Lucilia sericata was the dominant species accounting for 44.77%,followed by Musca domestica(16.84%)and Muscina stabulans(14.22%).In different surveillance habitats,the highest fly density of 11.12 flies/(cage·h)was found in farmers markets,while the lowest density of 3.69 flies/(cage·h)was in the residential areas.Among the cities investigated,the highest flies density of 25.99 flies/(cage·h)took place in Yingkou City,while the lowest of 0.35 flies/(cage·h)was in Dandong City.The density of flies peaked in July of the year,with the density of 11.56 flies/(cage·h).Conclusion The infestation of flies was serious in farmers'markets in Liaoning Province.Comprehensive control measures should be taken to reduce the density of flies.
