摘　　要：目的 探讨和分析在新冠疫情背景下开展北京冬奥会高山滑雪医疗保障任务的实施措施,为举办更多的国际和国内高山滑雪赛事,提供循证医学证据。方法 收集2022年2月6日—2022年2月20日在国家高山滑雪中心参加冬奥会比赛的310名运动员,以及闭环内场馆2 516名工作人员的外伤和疾病诊疗情况。分析各类患者的伤病原因、类型、部位和相应疫情防控措施等情况。结果 高山滑雪医疗站共接诊救助伤病员216人次(7.6%),其中包括运动员11人次(5.1%)。在所有患者中,男性148人(68.5%);女性68人(31.5%)。其中受伤109人次(50.5%);疾病107人次(49.5%),其中包括新冠核酸阳性和发热患者7人次。转诊到定点医院55人次(25.5%),其中救护车转运54人次,直升机转运1人次。结论“赛道滑雪医生-场地医疗站-定点医院”救治模式,能有效完成高山滑雪项目的医疗保障任务;以闭环管理为核心的防控措施能对北京冬奥会比赛期间新冠疫情做到有效控制。Objective This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation measures of medical support for alpine skiing during the Beijing Winter Olympics in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and to provide evidencebased medicine for hosting more international and domestic alpine skiing events.Methods The study collected and analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and illnesses of 310 athletes who participated in the Winter Olympics at the National Alpine Skiing Center from February 6^(th) to February 20^(th),2022,as well as 2516 staff members working within the closed loop system.The study analyzed the causes,types,and locations of injuries and illnesses and corresponding epidemic prevention and control measures for different patients.Results The alpine skiing medical station treated a total of 216 injured and ill patients(7.6%),including 11 athletes(5.1%).Among all patients,148 were male(68.5%),and 68 were female(31.5%).Of these patients,109 cases(50.5%)were injuries,and 107 cases(49.5%)were illnesses,including 7 cases of positive COVID-19 nucleic acid tests and fever.55 patients(25.5%)were transferred to designated hospitals,including 54 cases by ambulance and 1 case by helicopter.Conclusion The"skiing doctor-venue medical station-designated hospital"treatment model can effectively complete the medical support mission of the alpine skiing project.Epidemic prevention and control measures based on closed-loop management can effectively control the COVID-19 pandemic during the Beijing Winter Olympics.
