摘　　要：目的 找出国家紧急医学救援队(宁夏)存在的问题,并制定相关对策,为其他地区国家紧急医学救援队建设提供参考借鉴。方法 根据《国家级紧急医学救援队伍建设规范》对国家紧急医学救援队(宁夏)进行建设探讨和分析。结果 国家紧急医学救援队(宁夏)作为宁夏回族自治区第一支国家级救援队,在制度、救援装备、信息化建设等方面取得初步成效,但是存在人员组织构架不合理、现场救援胜任能力不足和装备不够先进等3个问题。结论 需要健全人才培养和管理体制机制、优化人员组织构架、加强队员培训及人才培养和加强救援装备建设,进一步建立健全符合宁夏自身地域特征和医疗发展状况的国家紧急医学救援队。Objective To find out the existing problems of National Emergency Medical Rescue Team(Ningxia)and formulate relevant countermeasures,to provide reference for the construction of national emergency medical rescue team in other regions.Methods The construction of the National Emergency Medical Rescue Team(Ningxia)was discussed and analyzed according to the National Emergency Medical Rescue Team Construction Code.Results The National Emergency Medical Rescue Team(Ningxia),as the first national rescue team in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,made initial achievements in system,rescue equipment and information construction,but there were three problems,such as unreasonable personnel organization structure,insufficient on-site rescue competence and unadvanced equipment.Conclusion It is necessary to improve the personnel training and management system,optimize the personnel organization structure,strengthen the personnel training and personnel training,strengthen the rescue equipment construction,and further establish and improve the national emergency medical rescue team in line with the regional characteristics and medical development of Ningxia.
