摘 要:目的探讨抢救工作流程图在重症监护室(ICU)多发伤患者救护中的应用效果。方法选取亳州市人民医院2019年1月—2020年5月收治的48例多发伤患者作为对照组,采用常规抢救流程进行抢救;另选取本院2020年6月至2021年12月收治的32例多发伤患者作为研究组,按照由本院制定的抢救工作流程图进行抢救。对比两组抢救成功率、抢救时间、伤情确定时间、术前准备时间、参与护士人数及并发症发生率。结果研究组抢救成功率为84.38%,高于对照组62.50%的成功率(P<0.05);研究组抢救时间、伤情确定时间、术前准备时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),抢救参与护士人数少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为15.63%,低于对照组37.50%的发生率(P<0.05)。结论在ICU多发伤患者中采用抢救工作流程图进行抢救能够提高抢救成功率,缩短患者的抢救时间、检查时间与手术准备时间,并且能够减少参与抢救的护理人员数量、降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of rescue work flow chart in the rescue of patients with multiple injuries in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods 48 patients with multiple injuries treated in our hospital from January 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the control group,and the conventional rescue process was used for rescue.32 patients with multiple injuries treated in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study group and the rescue was carried out according to the rescue work flow chart formulated by our hospital.The rescue success rate,rescue time,injury determination time,preoperative preparation time,number of nurses involved and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue success rate in the study group was 84.38%,which was higher than that in the control group(62.50%)(P<0.05),and the rescue time,injury determination time and preoperative preparation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),in addition,the number of nurses participating in the rescue was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 15.63%,which was lower than that in the control group(37.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rescue work flow chart in ICU patients with multiple injuries can improve the success rate of rescue,shorten the rescue time,examination time and operation preparation time of patients,reduce the number of nurses involved in rescue and reduce the incidence of complications.
