摘　　要：目的以总结深圳市院前急救系统在抗击新冠疫情联防联控工作中的作用为例,为提升院前急救体系参与突发公共卫生事件的能力提供建议。方法采用关键知情人访谈、政策文件和相关网站检索的方法收集资料,使用混合研究方法,结合定性和定量研究。结果深圳市急救中心充分发挥了应急指挥平台作用,承担各类病例的院前急救转运工作,信息的收集和上报工作,以及发热患者的咨询和社会舆论引导工作,利用当前深圳市院前急救模式的优势,充分参与疫情联防联控工作。结论院前急救系统在重大突发公共卫生事件联防联控中发挥调度和转运的重要作用,加速院前急救体系信息化建设、发挥院前急救模式特点和完善疫情防控机制,有助于提高院前急救体系在突发重大公共卫生事件联防联控工作中的应对能力。Objective:To identify the role of Pre-hospital Emergency Medical System in joint prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic,and to provide implications for capability development in responding to public health emergency.Methods This study used the mixed method by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,and collected data through key personnel interview,searching policy documents and related website.Results The Shenzhen Center for Prehospital Care had fully played the role of an emergency command platform,responsible for the pre-hospital emergency transportation of various cases,information collection and reporting,as well as consultation and public opinion guidance for fever patients.Taking advantage of the current pre-hospital emergency service mode,Shenzhen Center for Prehospital Care had fully participated in the joint prevention and control of the epidemic.Conclusion Prehospital Emergency Medical System has played an important role in the joint prevention and control of major public health emergency.Accelerating the construction of information system,taking the advantage of Pre-hospital Emergency Medical modes and improving the epidemic prevention and control mechanism will promote the response ability of Prehospital Emergency Medical System in joint prevention and control of major public health emergencies.
