野战条件下手术方舱急救手术耗材模块化精细管理初探

摘　　要：目的 研究野战条件下某医疗队采用模块化精细管理手术方舱急救手术耗材的应用效果。方法 采取前瞻性研究,选取2021年1—12月某三甲医院野战医疗队80名野战队员作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组40例,对照组采用传统管理流程,观察组在此基础上采用模块化精细管理流程,通过模拟手术比较两组手术方舱急救手术耗材准备时间,急救设备准备时间、接台手术衔接时间、急救手术耗材完备率、急救手术耗材消耗率、急救设备损耗率及外科医生满意率。结果 与对照组相比,观察组急救手术耗材准备时间明显缩短,由(24.3±0.4)min缩短至(17.2±0.3)min;对照组急救设备准备时间为(17.7±0.8) min,观察组急救设备准备时间缩短为(13.9±0.5)min;对照组接台手术衔接时间为(21.7±0.6)min;观察组接台手术衔接时间缩短到了(17.2±0.5)min;对照组急救手术耗材完备率为(93.2±2.5)%,观察组急救手术耗材完备率提高到了(96.7±1.9)%;对照组急救手术耗材消耗率为(90.6±3.4)%,观察组急救手术耗材消耗率提高到了(97.1±1.5)%;对照组急救设备损耗率为(9.1±2.7)%,观察组急救设备损耗率降低到了(5.6±3.1)%;对照组医生满意率为(91.2±3.7)%,观察组医生满意率提高到了(96.5±1.9)%(P<0.05)。结论 野战条件下某医疗队应用模块化精细管理手术方舱急救手术耗材,明显提高了急救手术耗材完备率及消耗率,加快战场救治效率,具有推广价值。Objective To study the application effect of modular fine management of emergency surgical consumables in a medical team under field conditions.Methods In this prospective study,80 field medical team members from a third-class hospital were selected as research objects from January to December 2021.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group averagely.The control group adopted the traditional management process,while the observation group adopted the modular fine management process.The preparation time of emergency surgical consumables,emergency equipment preparation time,terminal operation connection time,emergency surgical consumables completion rate,emergency surgical consumables consumption rate,emergency equipment loss rate and surgeon satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared by simulated operation.Results Compared with the control group,the preparation time of emergency surgical consumables in the observation group was significantly shortened from(24.3±0.4)min to(17.2±0.3)min.The first aid equipment preparation time of the control group was(17.7±0.8)min,and that the observation group was shortened to(13.9±0.5)min.The terminal operation connection time of control group was(21.7±0.6)min,the observation group was shortened to(17.2±0.5)min.The consumable completion rate of emergency surgery was(93.2±2.5)%in control group,and increased to(96.7±1.9)%in observation group.The consumption rate of emergency surgical consumables in the control group was(90.6±3.4)%,and the observation group was increased to(97.1±1.5)%.The loss rate of emergency equipment in the control group was(9.1±2.7)%,and the observation group was reduced to(5.6±3.1)%.The satisfaction rate of doctors in the control group was(91.2±3.7)%,and the satisfaction rate of doctors in the observation group was increased to(96.5±1.9)%(P<0.05).Conclusion Under field conditions,the medical team applied modular fine management of emergency surgical supplies in operation cabins,w
