摘　　要：目的 以北京市12320卫生热线数据为基础,分析区域疾控中心和基层卫生服务机构的现状和不足,对如何加强他们之间衔接的问题进行探讨。方法 综合运用数据分析、问题剖析和归纳总结的方法,给出加强区域疾控管理中心与基层卫生服务机构衔接的对策建议。结果 通过分析,发现区域疾控管理与基层卫生服务衔接之间存在外部环境和内部建设两方面共9个问题,针对这些问题提出5类意见建议。结论 这些意见建议将会促进医疗体制变革和实施更具成效的卫生服务,有助于改进医疗安全保障、普及健康知识、提高公众健康水平。Objective To analyze the current situation and shortcomings of regional disease control centers and grassroots health service institutions,and to explore how to strengthen the connection between them based on the data of the 12320 health hotline in Beijing.Methods countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the connection between regional disease control management centers and grassroots health service institutions were proposed through comprehensively utilizing data analysis,problem analysis,and summarization methods.Results Through analysis,it was found that there are a total of 10 issues in the connection between regional disease control management and grassroots health services,including external environment and internal construction.Five targeted opinions and suggestions are proposed to address these issues.Conclusion These opinions and suggestions will promote the reform of the medical system and help implement more effective health services,improve medical safety assurance,popularize health knowledge,and improve public health levels.
