摘 要:脓毒症仍是目前全球面临的一个重大问题,常常意味着预后不良。随着医学技术的日益发展,人们对脓毒症的发病有了更深入的了解。内源性儿茶酚胺通常在应激时升高,在脓毒症的发展过程中也发挥了效用,本文旨在研究内源性儿茶酚胺在脓毒症相关疾病中的作用。已经发现内源性儿茶酚胺与肾上腺危象、应激性心脏病、急性肾损伤、急性肺水肿、肝功能障碍、难治性脓毒性休克等疾病相关。内源性儿茶酚胺不与脓毒症程度呈单一线性关系,但其水平的升高影响多种疾病的发生发展,尽管有研究认为其与预后相关,但需进一步研究。Sepsis is still a major problem facing the world at present,which often means poor prognosis.With the development of medical technology,people have a deeper understanding of the incidence of sepsis.Endogenous catecholamines usually rise during stress and play a role in the pathogenesis of sepsis.This paper aims to study the role of endogenous catecholamines in sepsis-related diseases.It has been found that endogenous catecholamines are associated with adrenal crisis,stress heart disease,acute renal injury,acute pulmonary edema,liver dysfunction,refractory septic shock and other diseases.Endogenous catecholamine does not have a single linear relationship with the degree of sepsis,but the increase of its level affects the occurrence and development of many diseases.Although some studies believe that it is related to prognosis,further research is needed.
