摘 要:为了解红树林药学领域研究现状,系统整理了中国知网与Web of Science数据库1989—2020年红树林在药学领域的相关文献,并进行文献计量学分析和数据挖掘。结果显示,共2125篇中、英文文献纳入分析。文献计量学研究表明,红树林药学领域相关的研究经历了3个阶段,即起步探索阶段、快速增长阶段和稳定发展阶段,研究逐渐被重视,年均发文量逐渐增多;中山大学、中国海洋大学、中国科学院等为红树林药学相关研究的主体机构,这些主体机构的聚集具有明显的地区局域性;发表7篇以上文献的作者可称为红树林药学研究领域的核心作者,研究的主体机构与核心作者群已初步形成;目前,研究热点主要集中在内生真菌、次级代谢产物、放线菌、生物活性等方面,从红树林及微生物中发现了许多具有明显抗菌、抗肿瘤等生物活性的化学成分,其中红树林内生真菌次级代谢产物占较大部分,显示了巨大的药用潜力和挖掘价值,为红树林药学方面的深入研究和开发利用提供研究资料。To understand the pharmacy research status of mangrove plants,this paper systematically screened and sorted out the relevant literature of mangrove plants in the pharmacy field from 1989 to 2020 in CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),and the Web of Science database carried out the bibliometric analysis and data mining.A total of 2 125 Chinese and English literature were included in the analysis.The result shows that the research in mangrove plant pharmacy has shared three stages:the initial exploration stage,the rapid growth stage,and the stable development stage.The annual average number of published papers has gradually increased.Sun Yat-sen University,Ocean University of China,and the Chinese Academy of Sciences are the leading research institutions of mangrove plant pharmacy.The aggregation of these central institutions shows apparent regional localization.The authors who have published more than seven articles can be called the core authors in the field of mangrove plant pharmacy,and the core author group of the research has been preliminarily formed.At present,research hotspots mainly focus on endophytic fungi,secondary metabolites,actinomycetes,and biological activities.Many chemical components with obvious antibacterial,antitumor,and other biological activities have been found in mangrove plants and microorganisms.The secondary metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungi account for the majority,showing great medicinal potential and mining value.These provide essential data for the in-depth research,development,and utilization of mangrove plant pharmacies.
