高寒地区低品位含泥铜矿特效起泡剂试验研究

摘　　要：针对当前起泡剂不能满足选矿生产实践的问题,开展特效起泡剂HCCL、FCCL和BK208的实验室筛选试验,在实验室试验的基础上,开展特效起泡剂HCCL和FCCL的工业对比试验,特效起泡剂FCCL的工业累计指标:铜精矿品位22.20%,铜回收率88.32%,钼回收率92.90%,金回收率64.08%,银回收率63.68%,较当前起泡剂HCCL铜回收率提高了3.65%,钼回收率提高了7.70%,金回收率提高了3.99%,银回收率提高了5.54%。For the problem the current foaming agent can not meet the mineral processing production practice,so the laboratory screening tests for special effect HCCl,FCCL and BK208 was developed,and the on the basis of the above mentioned tests,the industrial comparative testing of special effect foaming agent HCCL and FCCL was developed too,the industrial cumulative indicators of special effect foaming agent FCCL are:copper concentrate grade is 22.20%,copper recovery rate is 88.32%,molybdenum recovery rate is 92.90%,gold recovery rate is 64.08%,silvery recovery rate is 63.68%,compared with the current,the copper recovery rate is increased by 3.65%,molybdenum recovery rate is increased by 7.70%,gold recovery rate is increased by 3.99%,silvery recovery rate is increased by 5.54%.
