摘  要:针对银电解过程中银粉、银锭的品质问题,通过控制银电解过程中的阳极板化学成分(Au+Ag≥97%)、Cu≤1.5%、Te≤0.02%、其他杂质≤0.03%、极间距(120 mm)及电解液成分(Ag^(+)≥120 g/L、H^(+)≤10 g/L、Cu^(2+):(5~8)g/L)等参数,银铸锭过程中银粉洗涤情况、除氧情况、模具温度、熔融温度、杂质去除情况及浇铸温度等,实现银粉主品位达99.99%以上、银锭外观、银锭内在质量满足要求。The following control measures were taken in order to guarantee the quality of silver powder,silver ingot during silver electrolysis process,such as controlling of the chemical component(Au^(+)Ag≥97%),Cu≤1.5%,Te≤0.02%,other impurities≤0.03%of anode plate,of the space between electrodes(120 mm),the electrolyte composition(Ag^(+)≥120 g/L,H^(+)≤10 g/L,Cu^(2+):(5~8)g/L)and the other parameters,as well as in silver ingot casting process,the silver powder washing situation,deoxygenation situation,mould temperature,melting temperature,impurities removal situation,casting temperature and so on,then it is realized the main grade of silver powder is more than 99.99%,the appearance,intrinsic quality of silver ingot can meet requirements.
