摘  要:针对富锗锌焙烧矿富锗浸出渣(简称富锗浸出渣)常规硫酸浸出时锗、锌浸出率偏低问题,从富锗浸出渣性质、浸出机理分析提出了SO2还原浸出试验研究方法,对浸出时间、浸出温度、始酸浓度、液固比进行单因素试验研究。结果表明:在釜内压力0.4 MPa、浸出温度120℃、始酸浓度(40~50)g/L、浸出时间4 h、液固比6 L/kg时,锗、锌浸出率分别可达83.1%和94.5%。For rich-germanium leaching residues(or rich-germanium leaching residues for short)of rich-germanium zinc roasted ore,the leaching rate of germanium and zinc is low at normal sulfuric acid leaching,so it is proposed the SO2 reduction leaching experiment study based on the properties of rich-germanium leaching residues,and the leaching mechanism,the single factor experiment is carried out from the aspects of leaching time,leaching temperature,initial acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio.Results show:when the pressure inside the kettle is 0.4 MPa,the leaching temperature is 120℃,the initial acid concentration is(40~50)g/L,the leaching time is 4 h,the liquid-solid ratio is 6 L/kg,the leaching rate of germanium and zinc can separately reach to 83.1%and 94.5%.
