酸洗汽车板涂油缺陷的研究及应用

摘　　要：以酸洗汽车板发生的涂油缺陷问题为研究对象,针对酸洗汽车板整卷单侧溢油、涂油量不稳定、局部漏涂、边部过涂油等问题,采取了调整刀梁间隙、进行速度补偿、增加吹扫装置、更换涂油机高压电源配置等相应措施后,酸洗汽车板涂油缺陷的发生率从12.5%降到0.8%以下,满足了生产需求。Oiling defect of acid pickling automobile sheet was taken as the study object,for problems occurred in whole amount of acid pickling automobile sheet,such as unilateral oil spilling,unstable oiling amount,partial oil holiday,overstuffed edge and so on,So,the following corresponding measures were adopted,such as adjustment of clearance,velocity compensation was performed,purging device was increased,high voltage power supply configuration of oil applicator was changed,then the incidence of oiling defect of acid pickling automobile sheet was decreased from 12.5%to 0.8%,it can meet the production requirements.
