真空过滤设备在铜杆连铸连轧中的研究及应用

摘　　要：针对铜杆连铸连轧生产线配套使用的乳化液真空过滤系统在运行过程中存在滤布易损坏、消耗大、乳化液渗漏、系统负压降低,以及氧化皮、铜粉回收率低、环境污染等问题,采取了滤布合理选型及安装方式的优化、真空滤芯块及侧边密封等关键部位定期维护,液位及真空系统的合理设置等措施,使氧化皮、铜粉直接回收率由90%提高到98%以上,保证了系统运行的高效性及经济性。Emulsion vacuum filtration system match for copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line has the following problems in the operation process:filter cloth was easy to be damaged,consumption was high,emulsion was leaked,the negative pressure of system was decreased,and the problems of low recovery rate of oxide scale and copper powder,environmental pollution and so on,therefore,the following countermeasures were taken that the reasonable selection of filter cloth,optimization of installation methods,periodic maintenance of vacuum filter core,side sealing and the other critical parts,reasonable settings of liquid level and vacuum system,as well as the other countermeasures,the recovery rate of oxide scale and copper powder was decreased from 90%to more than 98%,the efficiency and economy of system operation was guaranteed.
